From Tandoori Corner
The Tandoori is a traditional clay oven that can approach 900 F over a hot charcoal fire. All the breads are baked in the inner walls of the oven. Tandoori Meats, poultry and seafood are marinated for 12-15 hours and cooked on skewers. ALL TANDOORI DISHES ARE SERVED WITH BASMATI RICE, TAMARIND, CELANTRO-MINT CHUTNIES.
